FAQ 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received before noon Pacific time will usually ship the same day. If your order comes in after noon, or you order on the weekend, your order will go out the next business day.

Q: How do I check out?

A: Once you have loaded your cart and are ready to check out, click on the Check Out (or PayPal) button. On the next page, it will ask you if you if you already have an account with us and would like to log in. If this is your first order, simply fill out the required fields. You will be given an option to register later.

Q: I saw a product on your site last week and now it’s gone—why?

A: We update our site weekly. If we are sold out of something, we take it off the site. If it says “Temp Out Of Stock,” it means we hope to get some in very soon. We cannot guarantee that an item will be available again, so we have removed the backorder option. If we have it in stock, it’s on the site.

Q: Where are you located, and can I come to your office to buy stuff?

A: We are in sunny Southern California. Unfortunately, we do not have a retail store at our office.

Q: I placed an order, now what happens?

A: You will see an “order confirmation number” on the website confirming your order. You will receive an email confirming your order. You will get another email when your order has shipped and it will include your tracking number. We do not send out emails during the weekend. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR YOUR EMAIL.

Q: Is my information kept private and is it secure?

A: We do not keep or store any of your financial information...ever.

All of our payments are done through PayPal or PayPal Pro (credit card transactions). PayPal is an industry leader in online payment and security. All charges from all of our sites will appear as "So So Happy" whether you paid via your PayPal account or used our credit card option.

We do keep your name, physical address, phone number, email address and a record of your order. We do this in case we have a problem with your order. We will only contact you about your order and not about anything else. If you want to be alerted about upcoming events, you can sign up for emails on our website.

We do not share our customer information with anyone.
