RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
We gladly accept returns on items that are damaged, defective or do not fit correctly. Please follow the instructions below to receive a refund or a replacement product. You will be responsible for return shipping of the product, but we will ship back your replacement for free. Sorry, but we cannot reimburse you for your return shipping cost.*
*Damaged items will have all return shipping costs refunded to the method of payment.
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org when you realize that there is a problem with the item, but no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
2. Tell us which product you are returning and why. Also include your name and the state you live in.
3. We will send you an address to mail the product to, and upon receiving the item, we will issue you a refund or send a replacement.
4. Please do not wear or use the item, as this makes it harder for us to accept returns. Items smelling of smoke or perfume, soiled with makeup, etc., cannot be accepted and will not be refunded...even if you send them back to us.
5. We only accept returns for orders made on this site…anything else must be returned to the store or website from which it was purchased.
6. International Customers: REFUNDS will only be given on damaged items. We cannot accept international returns or exchanges.
7. Bottom line…we want you to be happy…so we promise to do our best to make that happen. We can’t promise to accept every return, but we’ll sure try!!!
